In Progress Sitefinity Digital Experience Cloud you define conversion reports by setting the conditions that specify when conversion occurs for the scenario, tracked by this report. In other words, under what circumstances a contact is considered to have converted. Conditions consist of an interaction a contact completes and an additional clarification, that is, the object upon which the interaction occurs. Interactions may span across different channels that characterize the contact’s experience on your website. This experience has multiple layers, shapes, and forms – what content the customer sees, clicks on, downloads, searches for, and so on.
The simplest way to define what is considered as conversion for this report, is to select an interaction that contacts need to complete to convert. You do this by first entering an URL or keyword, representing the object upon which interaction occurs and then selecting from a list of available interactions. The focus here is on the digital asset and then you choose what contacts need to do with the asset.
For example, you want contacts to interact with the BYOD whitepaper. To be considered as converted contacts in this report, after you type BYOD whitepaper, you select one of the available interactions from the list with matches:
Advanced mode lets you select an activity and then an object. The difference with simple mode is that you do not need to know the exact URL or page of the digital asset. Thus, the focus is on the activity and once you choose it, you select from the list of matching available assets the one that contacts need to interact with.
For example, a condition may be the following:
In the condition above, to convert, a contact needs to visit a site whose address starts with the specific fragment indicated. You can as well select whether what you enter is an exact match, a containing phrase, or the object starts (as in the example) or ends with the fragment you entered.
NOTE: You can just start typing and the system will autocomplete the URL address or fragment.

Conditions may be simple, like the ones above, or much more complex. You can add a number of conditions and create custom combinations of conditions. You can choose whether all, any, or a custom combination of conditions needs to be met to accomplish the goal.
To combine more than two conditions, you use a syntax with the condition indexes (A, B, C, and so on), connected by “and” and “or” and grouped logically by parentheses, so that when using:
