Job Summary

The Demand Generation team at Progress is looking for a web marketing ninja to manage the website of the Developer Tooling BU, www.telerik.com.
In this role you will be expected to oversee and facilitate the planning, prioritization, execution, and reporting on multiple website projects with the goal of improving site traffic and conversion. As the Website Marketing Manager responsible for the website, you will be expected to:

  • Drive the growth of the telerik.com website in accordance with the demand generation goals
  • Develop and manage the pipeline of all projects that impact demand generation via the website
  • Ensure projects are executed according to the business requirements in a timely fashion
  • Ensure user journeys are seamless, trackable and in-line with the company and product strategies
  • Ensure website conversion rates are optimal and constantly developing ways to optimize it
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders from the web, digital marketing, product marketing teams
  • Communicate clearly business objectives and priorities to all supporting teams
  • Collaborate with the CRO team on A/B tests and optimizations aimed at testing different approaches
  • Be the one point of contact for all website-related projects
  • Provide visibility to all the stakeholders on the status and outcome of all website-related projects through regular meetings and reporting
  • Have a good understating of the DevTools products, business, and market
  • Continuously assess working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement
  • Identify and implementing KPIs and project milestones

Requirements

  • Results oriented professional with a background in Web Marketing
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to run multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Adaptiveness to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Data-driven and analytical skills to track improvements using metrics
  • Expertise working with CMS. Sitefinity would be a plus
  • Basic HTML knowledge and a strong eye for balanced design (functional and sharp looking)
  • Experience developing and managing a company website is a huge plus
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
  • Project management certification or experience is a plus
