We are on the lookout for a UX Designer to join our Sitefinity CMS team based in Sofia.

About the Role
As a UX Designer for Sitefinity CMS you will be part of the Product UX team and will be working closely with designers, product managers and engineering teams. In this role you will:

  • Prepare wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate ideas and interactions following clearly defined requirements
  • Participate in preparation of user stories, use cases, interaction flow diagrams
  • Work with business requirements, use cases and user stories.
  • Understand business needs and the product domain
  • Closely collaborate with senior team members and peers (participates in team meetings and peer reviews)
  • Follows the established practices, UI patterns and guidelines within the product.

About You
To be successful in the role of a UX designer in our team you need:

  • Hands-on UX experience
  • Interest and deep understanding of software technologies, tools and trends
  • Very good understanding of how design, prototyping and user research meet complex and varied requirements within tight development windows
  • Great communication skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders, designers and developers
  • Up-to-date understanding of product-related user interface technologies and trends
  • Advanced written and verbal English language skills
