About the Team:

Our Talent Acquisition Partner, (TAP) will focus on creating a stellar candidate experience from capturing our culture on our social platforms, sourcing, acquiring top talent and positioning our new hires for success beyond day one! While showcasing Progress’ employee value proposition, our TAP will partner with the Human Capital Business Partners, the global Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers to deliver top caliber candidates for hiring.   Collectively this work enables our new employees to swiftly ramp up, which enables their success, our customer’s success and achievement of outstanding business results.

About the Role: As our Talent Acquisition Partner, your areas of focus will include:
  • Leverage our entire suite of internal sourcing protocols (systems (i.e. Jobvite and Workday, tools (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor) and processes), to prepare and qualify requisition’s, research, source, recruit, screen, interview and refer outstanding passive and active candidates for our career openings across our diverse portfolio of roles such as Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Product Management and G&A roles
  • Act as critical driver for our global employer brand encompassing our company maxims and employer value proposition; including inspiring interviewing, presenting high impact first day orientation sessions and kick-offs of our new hire Acceleration Program
  • manage and partner with our talent acquisition vendors to maximize their performance and our ability to attract the best of the best talent 
  • Delivers data driven and informed reports and recommendations and achievements centered around delighting key stakeholders, generating impactful role profiles maximizing diverse sourcing strategies, and associated performance dashboards
  • Manages campaigns, budgets, contracts, performance metrics reporting and analysis, referral payouts, swag inventory, and makes recommendations on maximizing the value of each


20% of the time leading our Human Capital Social Presence:
  • Manage and maintain a pro-active talent approach (with an out-of-the box perspective and global lens) as it relates to employment branding across our social platforms in partnership with our corporate marketing partners, other TAP globally and our EVP Ambassadors
  • Contribute consistent talent acquisition and culture based posting content for social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn with varying levels of ownership and partnership
  • Improve our external employer reputation through the proactively managing our global landing pages, post updates, sponsored jobs, responding to reviews, employee engagement, monthly pay-per-click budgets and global sponsored jobs, campaigns and more
  • Manage our Indeed monthly budget and sponsored pay-per-click global job campaigns


About YOU:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 4-6 yrs prior recruiting in High Tech
  • Customer service orientation, continually acting with a sense of urgency
  • Professional skill proficiency in Presentation, influence, time management, prioritization and key stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of Americas labor and employment legislation
  • Genuine curiosity to capitalize on our systems and applications features and functionality
  • Has fun and achieves results amid shifting priorities and a diverse set of customers in a high energy environment
