Software Engineering Manager

This is what you’ll be dealing with if you join us:  

  • Lead a team of professionals in different roles
  • Plan, distribute and monitor release related tasks 
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of the release tasks
  • Accountable for the performance and results of the team
  • Accountable for the growth of the team - prepare development plans and provide guidance
  • Manage team workflows and improve their efficiency - constantly review and update them to adapt to changes
  • Identify and resolve complex problems
  • Collaborate with other managers on the planning and execution of cross-team tasks
  • Partner with the PM in building React and Vue product strategies
  • Work closely with the marketing team to achieve GTM plans 
  • Follow JavaScript trends and explore ideas for differentiation
  • Achieve business and engineering objectives

To be great in this role you need to have:  

  • Previous experience as Team Lead and/or Manager
  • Technical background with React/Vue and Typescript
  • Experience with Git
  • Attention to detail and good time management skills
  • Ability to influence others
  • Be empathetic leader
  • Fluent English, excellent verbal and written communication skills
