Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist

In this role, you will support sourcing and pipelining initiatives for us in the US. You will be a part of a regional Talent Acquisition team and work hand in hand with the Talent Acquisition Partners, our hiring managers, the I&D team, and our ERGs.

To be successful in the role, you need to be highly skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, search engines, job boards, open-source communities, technical, social channels, and employee referral programs. In addition, you need to efficiently utilize tools of your choice to create candidate pipelines and cultivate lists of prospective passive candidates for a wide array of technical and business roles at all levels. 

  • Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
  • Develop and execute fully comprehensive hiring strategies, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques
  • Complete the initial assessment of applicants’ covering relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitude
  • Advance qualified candidates to the next recruiting/ interview stage, with your goal to ensure an efficient interview to hire ratio
  • Coordinate closely with recruiting team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Diversity teams)
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, talent mapping, events, and sourcing campaigns
  • Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, and open-source communities with hiring partners
  • Sourcing experience from a reputable, fast-growing technology/product business or a recruiting agency
  • Proven experience with identifying and engaging hard-to-find candidates – the talent we target is usually passive and happily employed
  • A master of your craft who continuously strives to improve at the cutting edge of sourcing and engagement
  • Strong expertise in basic and advanced sourcing techniques
  • Creative with the ability to think outside the box to uncover hidden talent
  • Influential written and verbal communication, including the ability to craft, test, and iterate on outreach to improve response rates
  • Organized, operationally astute and data-oriented
