As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading initiatives to optimize business processes and implement exciting technology solutions in a dynamic and global environment. The successful candidate will apply Agile and Lean Six Sigma principles to lead projects and programs, translating complex business requirements into the most efficient business processes and managing cross-functional interdependencies to maximize the business efficacy of our technology investment decisions.

About the Challenge:
  • Plan and lead the successful delivery of multi-disciplinary IT transformation initiatives and projects
    • Plan overall projects/programs and associated timelines with interdependencies through the entire lifecycle
    • Assign and optimize resource assignments
    • Manage the project/program budget
    • Manage dependencies, assumptions, risks and issues with corrective actions
    • Communicate and deliver metrics driven status reports to all stakeholders
    • Develop and manage project and business process documentation
  • Develop and lead multi-disciplinary process improvement efforts to optimize business processes, performing business requirements analysis and aligning business strategies to operational outcomes; promote a culture of quality and efficiency by developing best practices for introducing, driving and sustaining business process improvements
  • Support an IT Project Management Office project selection process including the scoping, delivery and review to ensure effective application of PMP and Lean Six Sigma methodologies in alignment with business vision and strategy
  • Serve as an internal consultant, counseling the businesses regarding implementation of IT solutions, process improvement strategies
  • Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the organization
About You:
  • 7+ years of experience leading projects/programs and driving milestone completion in a complex environment
  • Experience leading, coordinating and collaborating with a distributed global team
  • Ability to analyze business requirements, drive process improvements and lead process re-design initiatives
  • BA/BS, Masters degree or equivalent work experience
  • PMP or PgMP certified/Lean Six Sigma certification a plus
  • Excellent communications skills, verbal and written, across all levels of the organization
  • Mastery of MS Office suite
  • Experience assembling and managing cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently, in a team as well as lead in a fast-paced environment
