Senior Professional Services Operations Coordinator

Senior Professional Services Operations Coordinator will be part of the Professional Services International organization and will provide the necessary administrative support to the team and to the customers by ensuring all paperwork is accurate and in place, keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information.
Your area of responsibility: 
  • Create new Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, etc. after obtaining initial input on scope and deliverable 
  • Ensure that the received input on a prospect/ opportunity is properly captured in Salesforce and update status & info of opportunities in the system
  • Ensure all internal approvals are in place before submitting contracts 
  • Work with customers and subcontractors to have all contracts duly and timely signed
  • Pull in the necessary purchase orders and ensure all preliminary paperwork is verified, accurate and complete 
  • Assist in resource planning, training and scheduling activities and follow up on project extensions
  • Maintain agendas in close cooperation with internal Consultants and assist on planning of external Consultants
  • Assist with various team activities such as customer satisfaction campaigns and communication with customers, queries from auditors on Services activities, maintaining Professional Services Forecast sheet
Your Profile: 
  • Proven experience in administration/ support (experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions in a multicultural organization will be considered a plus);
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • A degree in business administration or relevant field will be an asset
