Senior Account-Based Marketing Specialist

strong background in ABM and a passion for highly targeted and personalized campaigns, come join us. We are looking for a Senior ABM Specialist to join our Global Demand Generation team and support our Global Key Accounts sales team
 

As part of the team you will:  

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven ABM strategy and be responsible for achieving the goals for reach, engagement, leads and pipeline for the set of Global Key Accounts 
  • Lead the cross-functional tactical planning and alignment between the Go-to-Market teams (Product Marketing, Technology Relations, Field Marketing and Sales) to design multi-channel ABM campaigns that support the Key Accounts Business Plans   
  • Collaborate with the Go-to-Market teams to ensure the execution, measurement, reporting and results of the ABM campaigns  
  • Monitor the sales-marketing funnel performance for Key Accounts to make recommendations on areas for improvement 
  • Collaborate with the sales team on monitoring lead volume, quality, follow up process, conversion rates, etc. to identify opportunities to increase lead to deal conversion rate 
  • Collaborate with PMK to ensure input needed by tactical teams is ready and available: information on the target personas, cross-product messaging and cross-sell paths 
  • Evaluate, propose, and manage outside vendors (e.g., technology partners, data providers, agencies) that may contribute to strategic-account marketing 

You have experience and skills in the following areas:  

  • Solid experience and a proven track record in designing and delivering campaigns that engage and convert, ideally in a named or strategic account model 
  • 2+ years of hands-on ABM/ABX experience 
  • Experience with leveraging data and insights in the development of marketing plans aligned to account strategies 
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales 
  • Experience in handling projects with multiple stakeholders successfully and delivering within timelines  
  • Experience working with Salesforce and 6Sense 
  • Curiosity, self-drive and attention to detail  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, where change is constant and flexibility is key
