We are on the lookout for a collaborative, energetic and results-driven Sales Operations Analyst, with experience in supporting a wide variety of sales-related responsibilities. This is a new and impactful role, perfect for someone who is inquisitive, organized, able to learn on the fly, quick with decision-making, and comfortable working through both strategic and tactical projects simultaneously. Please note this is a maternity cover role with an approx. duration 1,5 year.

What you'll do:
  • Identify and document business requirements, objectives and timelines supervised by a senior team member
  • Manual data transformation to support data quality initiatives
  • Ensures data quality with high integrity and in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Adhere to project plans and timelines
  • Develop and deploy full sales data quality tracking of metrics, while providing continuous oversight of these metrics- identifying areas for improvement and holding the team accountable for data quality entries
  • Assist with quarterly/annual planning, including the setting of revenue targets and capacity modeling
  • Become a trusted advisor within Company's Salesforce instance, supporting the team with day to day inquiries
  • Assist Sales Ops with the evaluation and onboarding of new sales efficiency tools, systems integrations and/or migrations
  • Continually explore new ways that we can improve our business, and work to implement your recommendations
Your profile:
  • Relevant sales operations experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally with exposure to both B2B & B2C business models
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail, with an eye for streamlining tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a variety of business partners, motivating and influencing decision makers
  • Ability to use independently existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
  • Self-driven work style, able to contribute to multiple projects with manager’s oversight and continually excited to bring new ideas to the table
  • Understanding key sales processes: prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, etc
  • Tableau Desktop Specialist certification (preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and other productivity tools along the lines of Outreach/Chorus/ZoomInfo, etc.
