Renewals & Inside Sales Representative (Dutch and French)

In this role, you will be part of the Benelux Sales team and will focus on developing and closing renewal opportunities through our distributor and reseller partner channel with the specific goal of achieving revenue & growth targets for the assigned territory for our product Loadmaster. You will also seek out and promote upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the sales pipeline and proactively engage with the install base to discover new customer requirements and additional business. On average, the split between renewal and inside sales responsibilities is about 65% vs 35%.

On a typical day of the job you will:
  • Engage in conversations that result in successful renewals, up-sells, win-backs, cross-sells, and referrals as well as identify and transfer new business leads to account management teams 
  • Work in close collaboration with marketing for the follow up of assigned qualified leads.
  • Manage all incoming requests from partners and end users. pro-active calling end-users or partners to up-sell and cross sell.
  • Maintain lead and opportunity data/records including updating all activities, contacts and correspondence within Salesforce.
  • Prepare quotes and book orders of diverse complexity to ensure proper invoicing
  • Working in conjunction with sales manager to maintain an accurate, reliable and predictable opportunity pipeline/forecast.
  • Provide sales support to sales manager and other team members while working towards an assigned/shared revenue target. This may include scheduling of sales appointments and coordinating follow-up dates and actions.

About you:

  • Fluent written and verbal in Dutch and French is essential.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Experience working within a sales channel such as with resellers, distributors, integrators, consultants, etc.
  • Detail oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Salesforce.com.
  • Renewals/sales operations experience is highly preferred;
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player on complex tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
