The role requires in-depth technical understanding of the Sitefinity software as well extensive consulting experience – you should be comfortable E-meeting our customers and engaging with them to design and support their architecture, installation, configuration, tuning and development requirements. Scoping, architecting, and taking ownership of the delivery of certain projects, you will be accountable to move them forward, drive them to a successful closure and ultimately, boost the customer experience with Sitefinity from good to great.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:- Lead client consulting engagements to scope the project and design the architecture
- Work on projects both independently and with partners as required
- Develop project deliverables including code
- Develop methodologies, design patterns, consulting component libraries and toolsets for use in packaged consulting programs
- Participate in the implementation, testing and process improvement
- Train partners and customers on Progress methodologies and programs and mentor/supervise them throughout delivery life cycles
- Follow existing accounts after the presales cycle until the customer application is deployed

WHAT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
To be successful in this role you need excellent knowledge of Sitefinity.
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- 7+ years’ experience in Sitefinity (or CMS equivalent)
- Sitefinity CMS and Sitefinity Insight experience or SiteCore experience.
- Independent, proactive, and achievement-driven experience with .NET Solutions (i.e., .NET framework/ .NET Core)
- Proven ability to translate business needs to technical requirements and present technology solutions in a business context
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills when interacting with your peers within the Professional Services and Sales Teams, as well as Progress partners/prospects/customers
- Capacity to multitask including administrative and coordination responsibilities
- Autonomy and personal initiative
- Strong communication skills with an assertive style
- Able to navigate cross-functionally and cross-regionally as required
- Willing to travel and work with a minimal level of supervision
- Confident, discrete, and reliable
