Job Summary

The Marketing Operations Analyst, Senior is responsible for ensuring that the technology infrastructure is sufficiently scalable to meet our business objectives. This person needs to effectively combine strategy, technology and metrics to impact business needs. This is a unique role that requires experience working with demand generation, product management, product marketing, and marketing automation, CRM technologies and relies on multiple sources of internal system data to make it all come together.

As a Marketing Operations Analyst, Senior you will:
Strategy
  • Demonstrate an understanding of our existing communication streams – relationship building, onboarding, conversion, renewal, operational, promotional
  • Evaluate marketing infrastructure and determine whether they are sufficiently scalable to meet our objectives
  • Work cross functionally to optimize technology infrastructure, driving business requirements that ensure the teams have tools to make smart decisions and deploy effective programs
  • Drive “test and learn” culture balanced with effective prioritization to generate actionable insights
Technical Operations
  • Own all aspects of the setup and administration in Eloqua of nurture programs
  • Support and develop new program flows and procedures within Eloqua and Salesforce
  • Support web form strategy through execution of the development and support of new templates, forms, landing pages, emails
  • Evaluate the capabilities of present systems, data sources, integrations and collect requirements from target audiences, identify gaps
  • Troubleshoots data and system issues by using a combination of system expertise, company knowledge, and detailed research
Data, Segmentation & Reporting
  • Manage ongoing data support requests through Eloqua, Salesforce, and BrightFunnel
  • Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues, where impacting marketing performance
  • Collect data from multiple sources (Eloqua, Salesforce.com, Invoice data) to correlate data points and provide timely insights
  • In depth understanding of the waterfall and marketing metrics


You will have a/an:
  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • 6 years’ experience in Marketing Operations or similar position
  • Advanced user of marketing automation systems such as Eloqua
  • Experience with marketing analytics platform
  • Strong project management skills
  • Accountable and willing to solve cross functional business issues that can be resolved with technology
  • Process and quality orientation with attention to detail
  • Proven strong analytical and technical ability
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation
