Job Summary

About the Role:
This role is responsible for building, managing, and executing campaigns for demand generation. Main responsibilities include the setup, deployment, and management of outbound marketing efforts. 

Campaign Execution
  • Work with marketing stakeholders to design & execute campaigns that drive lead acquisition & customer retention
  • Perform campaign execution tasks including creation of email and landing pages
  • Managing campaign process including scheduling and planning, asset development, testing, quality assurance, deployment and reporting
  • Advise on best practices and train marketing peers
  • Enhance, test, and monitor the integration between Eloqua and Salesforce for lead pass generated through campaigns
  • Email list building and segmentation

Campaign Optimization
  • Maintaining opt-in list and subscriptions centers, ensuring industry standard deliverability rates
  • Utilize a marketing calendar giving visibility to management while preventing database fatigue
  • E-mail marketing best practices and compliance (CAN-SPAM Act, EU Opt-In Directive, CASL)
  • Advanced nurture set up for ongoing marketing programs

Performance Measurement
  • Optimizing email & landing pages using A/B testing to improve conversions and deliverability
  • Assisting marketers in making data driven decisions using reporting and analytics to improve and report out on campaign performance

Data Tracking & Governance
  • Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures
  • Manage ongoing data support requests
  • Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues
  • Manage/create reports and dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality

About You:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2-4 years’ experience in Marketing Operations
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Eloqua or
  • Knowledge of HTML
  • Experience working with large and complex databases
  • Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to gather, analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations
  • Well-rounded understanding of inbound/outbound marketing strategies
  • Process driven with the ability to be very detailed-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work at all levels and across multiple functions/departments
  • Confident with learning new tools and technologies
  • Proactive not reactive, with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
