As part of the Demand Generation team, you will be looking at various sources and sets of data to understand the “why” behind and making recommendations for lead generation and conversion rate optimizations. Partnering with the Data & Analytics, Marketing Operations, Sales, Web & Digital, and sometimes other teams, you will also get the opportunity to deep-dive into multiple product lines, markets, and touchpoints in the client journey.
What you will do:
- Monitor & report on funnel metrics & performance related to lead volume, lead quality and conversion rates on monthly and quarterly basis
- Analyze funnel data from multiple sources (across various products, regions, channels, and campaigns) to provide actionable insights to the demand generation, product marketing, sales and other teams for areas for optimization of the funnel
- Craft data-informed stories to facilitate funnel improvement conversations with broader marketing and sales teams & drive tactical meetings
- Drive cross-team accountability for the action items that come out of the funnel performance reviews
- Draft requirements for and work with the Data & Analytics team on creating new reporting solutions for campaign measurement, reporting automation, targets & benchmarks
- Document & standardize funnel-related processes and definitions
You have experience and skills in the following areas:
- 2+ years of experience in analyzing marketing data from multiple sources & drawing actionable insights
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good Excel user comfortable with large date sets
- Strong business judgement & marketing knowledge, enjoying ways to improve the business & readiness to make recommendations
- Experience in defining requirements and driving cross-functional projects
- Curious, organized, with strong attention to detail, quick to spot data integrity issues
- Self-driven & adaptive to change
- Experience working in a global company and with multiple teams and stakeholders; (tech industry is a plus)
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Knowledge of lead scoring, lead & campaign management in SFDC, and lead lifecycle is a plus
- Preferably some hands-on experience with CRMs, Marketing Automation tools, SFDC, Google Analytics, Tableau
