Manager, Inside Sales

This is a highly strategic role responsible for managing our existing customer base in EMEA to expand our products’ footprint while demonstrating the value and benefits to our customers. As a Manager, Inside Sales, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of visible and motivated Customer Retention Managers to generate revenue and achieve individual, team, and organizational quotas.

What you will do:

  • Lead a team of Customer Retention Managers focused on renewals, account management, and deal closing – drive and own the sales total book of business
  • Maximizing the team’s potential through coaching, executing our sales strategies, and building strong internal and customer relationships
  • Drive levels of activity – phone calls, email, campaigns, and Salesforce tasks. Set and measure daily KPIs
  • Achieve and exceed renewals, new license bookings, and billings target
  • Running and presenting a weekly forecast for both new business and renewals
  • Attract, hire, train and mentor sales professionals to build and develop a highly effective and engaged team
  • Lead and encourage cross-team collaboration across the Infrastructure Management Solutions BU, including Customer Success and Professional Services, to ensure value for our customers
  • Define and communicate the team’s priorities, deliver results aligned with high-level business objectives, promote clear ownership and collaboration
  • Foster innovation by encouraging diversity of thought, the sharing of new ideas, nurturing good ideas, and creating an environment in which differences are used constructively to generate new solutions

To be successful in this role, you shall have:

  • A successful track record of people management experience in a Sales team
  • Experience in Software Sales and deep domain knowledge in the IT industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including practical listening skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to manage time across multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment and maintain attention to details
  • Ability to plan wisely - time, efforts, and resources and to choose the most efficient method for you and your team
