About the Role:
  • Interns will assist the Contract Renewals sales team in providing customers with an exceptional renewal experience
  • Liaising and negotiating with customers via telephone and email regarding their software renewal subscriptions
  • Identifying, qualifying and overcoming customer objections
  • Providing detailed feedback to sales management on a regular basis
  • Predominantly working out of CRM for all sales activities
