We are growing our channel business in south Asia region rapidly. The Inside PAM role will report to the regional sales director, and act as the regular sales support and communication window for the existing partners. The main task for this role would involve helping partners to complete the sales cycle of their opportunities, from leads management, deal registration, quote confirmation, pipeline report, etc.. This role will also interact with various internal stakeholder, including marketing, pre-sales, partner program, finance, legal, professional services, renewal etc. for collaboration and alignment.

About you:

  • Solid experience in a sales environment in a MNC or listed technology company, preferably in either account manager, renewal or inside sales capacity. This role will start by handling existing accounts/partners with limited new business activities;
  • A good understanding and experience in the software industry;
  • Familiar with one of the following areas - network monitoring, secure file transfer, web content management;
  • Experience with Salesforce;
  • Command good written and verbal English, ideally plus one more language used in south Asia region;
  • Ability to speak comfortably with clients or partners  in a variety of different mediums, building relationship while having a good attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive working relationships across a sales organization and related teams spread worldwide;
  • Knowledge of south east Asia market or India market would be a plus;
