Inside Account Executive - French, Italian or Dutch

We are currently on the lookout for Inside Account Executive to join our Sales team and focus on new business development. The role is an excellent match for someone who is commercially minded, has strong sales and social skills and is passionate to hunt for new customers of any size throughout Europe, Mid East, and Africa.

What you'll do: 

  • Drive revenue from Net New clients
  • Achieve and exceed sales revenue quota and aim for a maximum bonus
  • Work closely with the marketing team on accepting new leads and converting them to opportunities and advancing them through the funnel
  • Be the head of the spear and use all internal resources on helping close a deal
  • Help customers by providing insights on trends and issues, demonstrating business impacts and outlining effective solutions
  • Efficiently & effectively conduct a needs assessment at various levels & within multiple customer groups
  • Monitor and evaluate the market to be able to better present the benefits of using our software solutions
  • Accurately manage, track, and precisely forecast revenue opportunities in
  • Be proactive, always thinking of how to close new business and succeed in every opportunity
  • Build strategies on how to approach business and non-business stakeholders within a client

What is needed to be successful in the role:

  • Passion about selling software and ideally some hands-on experience with this
  • Know-how in solution selling, understanding/identifying client’s needs and mapping them to a solution
  • Able to have conversations with both technical and business audiences
  • Able to ask the right questions to qualify the opportunity and reach to the right stakeholders
  • Knowledge in Content Management systems, and/or Application Development platforms
  • Motivated, with a hunter mentality to win each deal
  • Exceptional communication skills and readiness to proactively talk to customers
  • Able to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Prior cold-calling experience in a high-tech software environment
  • Eager to follow up on dozens of new leads daily, actively calling and trying to establish contact
  • Strong pipeline management skills in terms of regular and quality follow up
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluency in either French, Italian or Dutch
