Job Summary

Our Human Capital Generalist, Senior will focus on the total employee experience from capturing our culture on our social platforms, acquiring top talent and partnering with a global collaborative team with a flexible approach to customer needs. The Human Capital Generalist, Senior will consult with management while acting as an employee champion and change agent for both day-to- day and global programs for 600 employees across the Americas. This role will partner with the Human Capital Business Partners to deliver value-added services and content expertise to managers and employees that enable the business strategy. This important role will sometimes lead or be a team member on critical global cross functional projects. Collectively this work enables our employees to do their best work every day which enables customer success and business results.

As our Human Capital Generalist, Senior your areas of focus will include:
50% of the time in a Generalist function:
  • Day-to-Day: Drive and lead organizational change and transformation through your content expertise, inspiring attitude and motivating people skills while engaging in employee relations and resolution, performance improvement planning, coaching both employees and managers, Immigration, onboarding and exiting; holistically from documentation, process to implementation and follow through
  • Partner with HC Centers of Expertise to deliver programs with a sense of pride and commitment (Compensation, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition and Benefits)
  • Partner with the business unit HC Business Partners to build organizational capability and ensure talent readiness that enables the diverse business strategies; through workforce planning, assessment, training and development
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable legislation and company policies in all areas of HC operations
  • Continually innovate and bring forward new actionable ideas to engage the employees and build brand image
30% of the time in a Talent Acquisition function:
  • Leverage our entire suite of internal sourcing protocols (systems, tools and processes), to prepare and qualify requisition’s, research, source, recruit, screen, interview and refer outstanding passive and active candidates for our career openings across our diverse portfolio of roles such as Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Product Management and G&A roles
  • Act as critical driver for our global employer brand encompassing our company maxims and employer value proposition
  • Responsible for contributing to and reinforcing a stellar candidate and employee experience through proactive interactions, onboarding, referrals, career mobility, evangelizing, leading by example and a demonstrated desire for excellence
  • Delivers data driven and informed recommendations and achievements centered around delighting key stakeholders, generating impactful role profiles, maximizing diverse sourcing strategies, delivering high energy first day onboarding experiences and associated performance dashboards
  • Manages campaigns, budgets, contracts, performance metrics reporting and analysis, referral payouts, swag inventory, and makes recommendations on maximizing the value of each
20% of the time leading our Human Capital Social Presence:
  • Manage and maintain a pro-active talent approach (with an out-of-the box perspective and global lens) as it relates to employment branding across our social platforms in partnership with our corporate marketing partners
  • Contribute consistent talent acquisition and culture based posting content for social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn with varying levels of ownership and partnership
  • Manage our upgraded Glassdoor account that includes global landing page creation, post updates, sponsored jobs, responding to reviews, employee engagement, and more
  • Manage our Indeed monthly budget and sponsored pay-per-click global job campaigns
About YOU:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or another relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Capital experience
  • Human Capital Certification a plus (PHR, SPHR, GPHR)
  • Thorough knowledge of theories, practices, and methods across the broad spectrum of Human Capital disciplines
  • Knowledge of Americas labor and employment legislation (Latam a plus)
  • High proficiency with HRIS software (e.g. WorkDay) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data analysis)
  • Seeks challenging assignments, root cause problem resolution and is a resourceful learner
