We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Global Demand Generation team and support everything from strategic planning to execution. This role is remote, though will require working EST or CST hours in order to adequately collaborate with global teams. 

As part of the team, you will:

  • Own and drive all demand generation activities aimed at meeting the business goals
  • Lead the cross-functional tactical planning and alignment between sales, PMK, DevRel, and field marketing around the focus areas for growth
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team (Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, partner tactical teams, etc.) to ensure the execution, measurement, reporting, and results of campaigns and projects that bring more traffic, leads, and sales through SEO, Google Ads, premium media buys, email and conversion rate optimization
  • Monitor the sales-marketing funnel performance to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations on growth marketing tactics to test
  • Collaborate with the sales team on monitoring lead volume, quality, follow-up process, conversion rates, etc. to identify opportunities to increase the lead to deal conversion rate
  • Collaborate with PMK to ensure input needed by tactical teams is ready and available: information on the target personas, messaging, content, etc.
  • Collaborate with field marketing to ensure local needs are considered in the demand plan

You have experience and skills in the following areas: 

  • 4+ years of experience and a proven track record in designing strategic campaigns throughout the funnel toward specific target audiences that engage and convert
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience in a variety of digital marketing tactics: managing SEO/SEM, email and/or display, and paid social advertising campaigns
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales is considered a big plus
  • Experience in handling projects with multiple stakeholders successfully and delivering within timelines is considered a big plus
  • Experience analyzing customer journeys, identifying high-value pages, recommending and rolling out tests that bring results is considered a big plus
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, HotJar, and Salesforce is a plus
  • Curiosity, self-drive, and attention to detail 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, where change is constant and flexibility is key 
  • Experience working in a global company and collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders is a plus 
  • Excellent communication skills
