Field Marketing Specialist

Join us as a Field Marketing Specialist, supporting the EMEA region. This is a hybrid working role with 2 days in our Limerick office/week) with the opportunity for occasional travel.       
   
In this role, you will be a key player on the EMEA Field Marketing Team and will partner closely with our global campaign and sales teams to build account-nurturing strategies. Role Responsibilities:    
  • Develop and execute lead-generation programs  
  • Analyze the demand creation process and identify ways to optimize conversions and pipeline  Leverage positioning, messaging, buyer personas and other information to target segments and generate sales-qualified leads  
  • Select and deliver relevant content and assets to support Partners as built by the global product marketing teams 
  • Conceptualize, manage, and execute a diverse range of field marketing programs such as webcasts/webinars, SEM, content syndication and live events  
  • Collaborate with our channel distributors and partners in support of their end-customer acquisition targets and Progress revenue goals  
  • Assist Product Marketing with localization of external-facing partner materials (pitch decks, website pages, datasheets, program description, etc…)  
  • Collaborate with and participate in planning and reviews with senior levels of the business unit and marketing management  
  • Carry out any other duties, which may from time to time be required  
A Strong Candidate Demonstrates:     
  • Prior channel marketing experience is preferred. within a software or technology organization (distribution or reseller environments is essential)  
  • Experience building strong relationships developing and executing integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth with partners and distribution  
  • Prior demand generation experience with a strong record of growth and success in scaling new products  
  • Ability to use initiative, be self-motivated and work independently to complete high volumes of work under tight deadlines  
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and efficiency with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload  
  • Team-oriented mindset, capable of working cross-collaboratively with product, finance, marketing, etc. 
  • Strategic, analytical, and data-driven critical thinking
