About the Team:
This dynamic role partners with and supports our SVP Core Products and his global team as they contribute to the overall Company Strategy across our existing leading platform for development and deployment of mission critical business applications to our amazing customer base, leveraging our top talent.  In this role, you are working with brilliant technical experts with keen business savvy.  The team is global having presence across the US and India primarily.  Partnering in transformation geared towards improving our customer’s performance through our technology and agile delivery are the hallmarks of this role.

About the Role: To be successful in this role you will;
  • Ensure accountability and follow through on areas agreed upon during various tactical leadership meetings
  • Leads the overall annual set of meeting cadences to address talent, business both tactical and strategic holistically from scheduling through implementation and follow through
  • Research, recommend and organize events, arrange expert global travel across the globe and expeditiously complete tasks/projects as agreed, the first time, every time
  • Exercise professional judgement to address issues across a variety of situations associated with people, process and systems
  • Provides administrative support to relieve executive of expense reimbursement
  • Owns purchasing needs of the CP A team partnering with Global Purchasing; holistically from securing the needs to fulfillment
  • Organizes and coordinates all Program Increment Planning, (PI Planning) sessions
  • Coordinates executive’s calendar; partnering to protect and prioritize appropriately
  • Arranges and manages meetings and proactively completes all related logistic activities between technical teams, cross -functional organizations and outside parties
  • Interacts within the Company at all organizational levels and partners specifically with other Administrative Assistants
  • Must be technologically curious to appreciate the work of the function supporting
  • May help with team initiatives as identified, taking on a broader remit aligned with skill set and passion to lead projects
  • Be the professional face of our executive both internally and externally; from our stellar talent to our customers, partners, vendors and guests of our executive demonstrating our core Maxims

About You:
  • Love cutting edge technologies and applications and are always curious about both
  • BS in related fields, such as Psychology, Communication or Administrative professional certification, PMP a plus
  • 5 yrs of progressively more responsible administrative roles; demonstrating initiative and energy
  • Demonstrated excellent administration skills, w/ mastery in communication technologies, Vidyo conferencing, etc, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, calendaring feature/functionality
  • Stellar communications both written and verbal across a diversity of communication medium
