If you’re a customer or demand generation marketing leader with ABM experience - we’d like to talk to you! We’re looking for an innovative and driven demand generation leader to join our team to drive new qualified leads against our named list and build expansion pipeline within our existing customer accounts. In this role you’ll be tasked with finding ways to drive new pipeline, expand sales in existing accounts, build the Chef community and drive market brand awareness  

 What you will do in this role: 

  • Managing global teams, budget and programs needed to create and execute multi-channel demand gen programs across organic and paid digital channels and deliver high-quality leads to sales.   
  • Owning end-to-end coordination and management of demand generation programs including planning, optimization, and reporting on campaigns to drive inbound interest and activity.
  • Creating engaging demand gen assets (landing pages, banners, infographics, trailer videos) to promote whitepapers, case studies, research studies, eBooks, digital and in-person and other gated.  
  • Building and maintaining form captures and registration pages in Sitefinity and working with Eloqua and Salesforce team to build supporting automation programs 
  • Communicating to sales current campaigns running, work with sales operations teams to build follow-up communications and nurture sequences in SalesLoft, our sales engagement platform, for lead follow-up by inside teams.   
  • Working closely with sales teams - understand the early to late stages of deal-making, steer demand gen activities and campaigns toward the GTM teams and process design to support them, and provide visibility into the pipeline generated from our funnel of new users.  
  • Partnering with the customer success and sales operations team to identify priority expansion opportunities and improve ongoing customer communications. 
  • Collaborating with product marketing to build quarterly campaign calenders and launch planning.   
  • Tracking and analyze performance metrics of all demand generation and customer efforts measure effectiveness and campaign ROI. Deliver scorecard, reporting, and recommendations for improvements/changes. 
  • Exploring and recommending new demand generation channels and ideas to expand the reach and engage target audiences. 
  • Understanding of email and privacy policies for the USA, Europe and Asia.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest strategies for optimizing prospect attraction, conversion to customer, and engagement/retention programs using digital marketing techniques and technologies 
  • Manage relationships with external creative, web, development and search agencies. 

 Who you are; 

  • Proven digital marketing success and experience is required at a leading B2B enterprise software company driving high quality leads for sales 
  • Have worked in the enterprise software B2B space for at least 10-12 years for US and Global market and familiar with experience supporting the sell of multi-contact, enterprise solutions with long sales cycles 
  • Have managed teams in US & India 
  • Have run digital campaigns with budgets of $1M+/year 
  • Have generated SQO pipelines in excess of $6M per year 
  • Holistic understanding of all demand generation and account-based marketing components including: design, content development, landing page optimization, audience definition, that extend across social, web, search, online display advertising and content marketing. 
  • Experience translating business objectives into technology and operational decisions with simplistic process to achieve goals 
  • Experience managing and reporting on many projects simultaneously including: budgets, vendors, production status, contract status, and reporting 
  • A very strong leader and enjoy building and leading teams in a high-performance environment. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to layout the future needs from an organizational, financial and process layout before you need them and communicate them to management proactively 
  • Strong inter-company collaboration skills and ability to work across teams
