Our sales operation in EMEA is growing and we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will position and sell the entire Telerik Developer Tools portfolio and manage customer relations in your region. Your area of responsibility:
- Ensure prospects and leads are handled in a timely and appropriate manner throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain an accurate record of all sales opportunities throughout the sales process within the CRM
- Work with sales engineers to address prospects’ technical challenges and needs
- Learn something new about our technology, competitive landscape, positioning
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ideally 1-2 years’ sales experience with a track record of exceeding goals
- Software sales experience a plus
- Professional, self-motivated and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Document creation, editing and presentation skills
