About the Job:

A successful candidate will have the ability to uncover new sales opportunities in enterprise-sized accounts and will be able to work well independently and as a team player with sales reps and account managers

About You:

  • Aggressively identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound campaigns utilizing telephone, e-mail and the web
  • Focus on lead nurturing with prospects not ready to engage in the sales process
  • Work closely with Sales Reps and Account Managers to supplement and support their outbound efforts
  • Identify suggestions and ideas for outreach and generation of new leads
  • Assist in responding to potential customers’ requests for information
  • Document inside sales processes in conjunction with the Operations Manager
  • Work with management to communicate sales activity, competitive information and customer feedback  
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Basic technology proficiency and experience with CRM systems
  • Results-oriented with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated track record of persistence and tenacity with the ability to overcome objections
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 1-2 years successful business-to-business inside sales experience, preferably in the information technology sector (will consider outstanding entry level candidates)
  • Experience prospecting to gain new business revenue and cold calling expertise
