What you will do in this role:

  • Quickly learn and master the quoting process
  • Deal & Lead Registration
    • Process new activations and expansions
    • Effectively respond to reseller inquiries (purchase orders, quote requests, invoices, order confirmations, status updates, pricing details)
    • Manage in-bound partner requests (portal management, monitoring & tracking)
    • Management of channel partners in SFDC
    • Partner registration by geography and coverage mapping
    • Partner referral fee processing & payout
  • Be a liaison between our resellers, reseller team, and commercial sales team
  • Learn to effectively maneuver through various procurement processes
  • Needs to have a process-oriented mindset
  • Be comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Handle escalations with resellers and provide responses from internal teams
  • Partner assets management
    • Managing partner access management to various assets
    • Partner on-boarding and enablement planning
  • Partner engagement tracker
    • Quarterly deal activity monitoring & review
    • Partner deals Renewal planning & execution
    • Enable partner representatives to access our systems and complete courses as per the quarterly goals. Ensure they remain on track and provide support to partners/resellers


  • Bachelor's in Engineering / equivalent course 
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • MS Office and CRM system proficiency preferred
  • Experience with SQL query OR Any Programming language/scripting language to automate reports and dashboards
  • Operationally minded and efficient
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
  • Proven ability to continuously learn and master new processes in an ever-changing environment
  • Prior experience managing Channel / Partner operations is desirable
  • Experience with demonstrating product knowledge
  • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently
  • Strong professional communication skills-- written, verbal, presentation
