We’re looking for someone to join our Demand Generation team and support everything from strategic planning to execution. In this role, you will be a key player on the Americas Field Marketing Team and will partner closely with the global campaigns team, field/channel marketing, product marketing and Sales to build the account-based marketing (ABM) program vision as well as drive program execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:
  • Established relationships with key ABM vendors and ecosystem. Able to consult on process improvements, involving agency resources or implementing technical solutions to optimize ABM program impact.
  • Work on Demand Gen activities reporting to a Director, Field Marketing
  • Conceptualize, manage, execute, and support a diverse range of marketing programs such as webcasts, SEM, retargeting, social media and virtual events in support of a named account strategy for North America
  • Manage and measure all ABM campaigns and tactics driving to conversion rate increases and funnel optimization
  • Produce campaign recap summaries with respect to conversion rates and ROI and identify new opportunities to improve existing campaigns
  • Leverage positioning, messaging, buyer personas and other information to target segments and generate sales qualified leads
  • Support the creative processes, database strategies, program executions and measure the success of these activities
  • Experience owning and/or partnering on executive sponsor programs for key accounts, and developing programs for targeted CxO engagement
  • Collaborate with participate in planning and reviews with senior levels of the business unit and marketing management
  • Track the market for trends, benchmarks, opportunities, competitive tactics, best practices, tools/platforms, etc., and use that information to make recommendations
  • Participate actively in regular (e.g., weekly) account forecast and reporting calls
WHAT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL NEED TO HAVE:
  • Experience in ABM marketing
  • Marketing experience in enterprise software, demand generation experience helpful
  • Analytical and quantitative skills – passion for analyzing data and providing recommendations based off findings
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to run multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
  • Flexible and adaptive to change with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
