We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Enterprise Applications (principally Salesforce, but experience in Salesloft, LeanData, etc. is a plus) and a strong background in working within a SAFe Agile framework. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business systems by analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient and effective solutions. Your extensive knowledge of various applications and proficiency in SAFe Agile practices will enable you to bridge the gap between our business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that our systems align with organizational goals and objectives. 

  • Proactively consults with business stakeholders, product owners and development teams within the sales journey to understand and document business requirements, processes, and workflows. 
  • Within the area of expertise, analyses existing Enterprise Application systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 
  • Support the overall scrum team in assessment of business issues and facilitate the resolution of systems/applications; coordinate triage for severity and impact of application failures, lead the troubleshooting and analysis to determine root cause, coordinate with Engineering to resolve issues, test, and deploy remedies. 
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and meetings to elicit business needs and translate them into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria. 
  • Develop comprehensive business process models, use cases, and system specifications to support solution design and development. Identify and quantify the business impact of these viable solutions and make appropriate recommendations to the business.  
  • Configure and customize our Enterprise Applications tools to meet business requirements, leveraging your expertise in configuration, customization, and administration. 
  • Lead data and trend analysis and proactively consult and provide feedback to the business and our technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of enterprise solutions, conducting system integration testing and supporting user acceptance testing. 
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to business users and stakeholders of our Enterprise Application tools capabilities, and processes
  • Apply SAFe Agile principles and practices to guide and facilitate the delivery of business solutions, ensuring alignment with the SAFe Agile frameworks and methodologies. 
  • Participate in release planning, sprint planning, and backlog refinement activities, contributing to the prioritization and estimation of user stories. 
  • Monitor system performance, identify areas of concern, and recommend and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency. 
  • Mentor and training less senior staff members to increase system/application knowledge and enhance business consulting abilities of the team as a whole. 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field 
  • Proven experience as a Business Systems analyst or similar role in an Enterprise Applications environment supporting sales functions. 
  • Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including workflow rules Flow Builder, validation rules, custom objects, sharing model, and a working understanding of Apex and Lightning components. 
  • Additional tools familiarity with Data Loader, Workbench, SOQL, Debug logging is highly desirable. 
  • In-depth knowledge of SAFe Agile principles and practices, with experience in applying these in a business systems context. 
  • Proven experience working on large-scale, complex projects with cross-functional teams, collaborating effectively with both our technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Proficient in requirements gathering and analysis techniques, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable system requirements. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, build strong relationships, and influence peers and senior leadership. 
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are highly desirable. 
  • Familiarity with other CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and business analysis frameworks is a plus. 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
