Lesley joined Vida Homeloans from Post Office Limited where she was CIO & Operations Director. Lesley was the key driver of Post Office's IT transformation programme and led the separation from Royal Mail. Prior to this she was Managing Director for IT at Northern Rock plc, the 3rd largest new business lender in 2006 and the most cost efficient bank in Europe, underpinned by IT. Lesley led a major IT infrastructure renewal programme and implemented an award-winning mortgage intermediary solution.

Lead Designer, Trussle

Fred is Lead designer at Trussle, where he's responsible for all visual touch-points. Since joining he rebranded the company as well as all product design and user experience. Before joining Trussle, Fred was Lead Designer at London based start-up Babylon Health from its' inception where he had a similar role and helped to build the brand. As the only designer for over a year he designed everything, including the app and all the marketing material: print, website and videos. He's attracted to missions that have a positive impact on peoples' lives and companies that are shaking up industries.

Mark is Managing Director of Dock9, a specialist digital agency based in the City of London that exists to help financial services companies achieve their ambitions online. Dock9 have worked with mortgage clients for over 9 years designing, building and integrating digital platforms for companies such as Kensington Mortgages, Acenden, Castle Trust, New Street, Private Finance and Vida Homeloans. Mark was included in the BIMA list of the top 100 most influential people in UK digital in 2015 (the BIMA Hot 100).
