Registration & Payment Information

For your convenience, Progress Software has established a number of easy ways to purchase our non-classroom training products and to enrol in our training courses:

To register by fax or to order Non-Classroom Training Products, send the course information, as well as your name, company, address, phone number and purchase order number to us at +44 1753 216 325

Payment:
When registering, please provide a purchase order number or valid credit card number. Once registered, students will receive a package containing the date and time of the selected course and directions to the training facility. Payment must be received for students to be confirmed in class.

Student Cancellations:
Please notify Progress Software Education Services if you are unable to attend a public course for which you have registered.

Cancellation fee applied as follows:

  • No charge if cancelled 10 days or greater than class start date.
  • 33% of course fee charged if cancelled less than 10 business days of class start date.
  • 50% of course fee charged if cancelled less than 5 business days of class start date.

Progress Software does not offer credit on cancellations received after the start of the scheduled course.

Note: Progress Software Education Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course at its discretion. If Progress is forced to cancel a course for any reason, liability is limited to the return of paid registration fee. Due to unavoidable circumstances, Progress Software may be forced to cancel courses; we reserve the right to cancel courses up to two weeks prior to the scheduled start date.
