Conference Payment Policies:

In order to receive prices listed, payment must be received by deadline date. If payment is not received by deadline, attendees will be notified of the revised price.

Registration will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. If you do not receive confirmation within 14 business days, after your completed form and payment are submitted, please email au-marketing@progress.com.

Conference and guest cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by 18 July 2008. Conference cancellation requests will be subject to an AUD$75 service charge, and guest cancellations are subject to an AUD$20 service charge. We regret no refunds can be made after this date, although we are delighted to accept delegate substitutions at any time.
