PTW Name change and other policies

Payment

• Payment must be made by credit card. You will then receive an invoice by email which will also be your registration confirmation.

Group Discounts

• The Group Discount when 5 or more delegates register from the same company and attend PTW07.
• The discount benefit is one free delegate place for the same company, and this will be credited to your company after the event.
• Applications for Group Discount can be made until 31 July 2007.
• Credit notes will be issued after the event in order to verify actual attendance.

PUG Member Discounts

• Once your PUG membership has been verified, your €50 discount will be applied.

Name change

• A name change from one attendee to another from the same company will be accepted at no cost.

Cancellation

• Registrations can be cancelled prior to 30 June 2007 at an administration fee only of € 75 per registration.
• Registrations cancelled between 30 June 2007 and 31 August 2007 will be charged at € 125 per registration.
• There will be no refunds after 31 August 2007.
