Registration will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. If payment is not received by deadline, attendees will be notified of the revised price.   Registration will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. If you do not receive confirmation within 14 business days, after your completed form and payment are submitted, please email kboles@progress.com.

Conference Cancellation Policy:
Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by Thursday, August 21, 2008. Conference cancellation requests will be subject to a $75 USD service charge. Cancellation requests received after Thursday, August 21, 2008 or no-shows are subject to the full registration fee.
