SUMMARY OF PROGRESS PRIVACY POLICY UPDATES


The Progress Privacy Policy was updated on August 1, 2014.

Please see below for a summary of the more significant updates to our policy.

  • Provision regarding Progress Websites. We added a provision which identifies our Websites that link to the Progress Privacy Policy.

  • Updates relating to the description of our collection and use of personal information. We included updates relating to our collection and use of personal information.

  • Update to the provision relating to third party cookies. We updated the provision regarding third party service providers that track and analyze usage and volume statistical information from visitors to our Websites.

  • Provision regarding Progress' third party service providers. We added a provision explaining that we use third parties to assist visitors with using our Websites and other services, including a third party billing platform.

  • Provision relating to children's privacy. We added a provision to reflect that our Websites, applications, services, and tools are not directed at nor do we knowingly collect information regarding children under the age of 13.

  • Provision regarding cross-border transfers. We added a provision confirming that by using our Websites, visitors agree that personal information may be transferred, accessed and stored globally.

  • Provision relating sensitive personal information. We added a provision requesting that visitors not provide us with sensitive personal information.
