The Progress Knowledge Center is one of the most important resources for both our Customers and our Technical Support Engineers. Currently, each Solution within the Knowledge Center documents issues initiated by our customers through Technical Support.

However, there are times when our customers are able to resolve their own issues without having to contact Technical Support. If you have information that you think would be valuable for others, we encourage you to please share your experiences with us.
