Standard Booth Sponsorship

Each exhibit space will be roughly 10' x 10' (roughly 3m x 3m) and will include:

• One 6 ft' skirted table
• 2 Chairs
• Electrical service
• Internet connection
• One computer monitor
• Sponsor participation acknowledged on the conference web site
• One complimentary exhibit-only badge
• One complimentary full conference pass (Additional passes $995)
• 50-word write-up and logo in the on-site conference guide

Poster Sponsorship

Exhibit Space with one Poster Board and Table, space will be roughly 5' x 5' (roughly 1.5m x 1.5m) and will include:

• One easel for poster board (poster supplied by sponsor to be no larger than 3' x 4')
• One 3 ft' round, high cocktail table/display pedestal
• Sponsor participation acknowledged on the conference web site
• One complimentary exhibit-only badge
• One complimentary full conference pass (Additional passes $995)
• 50-word write-up and logo in the on-site conference guide
• One page brochure or flyer in conference welcome bags (flyers provided by sponsor)
