2008 Exchange Sponsorships

To boost your company’s visibility a variety of sponsorships and investment levels are available.

* Note: All prices are listed in US dollars. Pricing is also available in Euro equivalent based on the date of signed contract.

Exclusive Corporate Sponsorship

  • One priority double exhibit space.
  • Acknowledgement of Corporate Sponsorship during Opening General Session.
  • Co-Sponsorship of all conference receptions.
  • Participation in the Virtual Expo with one virtual booth space
  • Exclusive sponsorship of the first luncheon at the conference.
  • Your corporate logo imprinted on the conference welcome bags (shared with Platinum sponsors—your logo will be 2nd largest displayed after the Progress logo).
  • Your corporate logo, with tag line, imprinted on the conference welcome banner (2nd largest logo displayed after the Progress logo).
  • Corporate logo placed on conference directional signage.
  • One literature piece inserted in the conference welcome bag.
  • Your corporate banner hung in the conference center close to the hall entrance. (Sponsor provides banner, Progress will pay rigging costs. Maximum size: 9’ x 12’).
  • One premium placement full-page, black & white advertisement in the conference program guide used on site (outside back cover).
  • One pre-conference or post-conference email blast or mailing piece. (Blind mailing. Sponsor responsible for all processing/transmittal fees.)
  • Your logo prominently displayed on the conference web site, with acknowledgement of Corporate Sponsorship and a hyperlink to your web site.
  • Two-week web banner ad to be run on the conference web site.
  • Your logo prominently displayed on all printed marketing materials promoting the conference, with acknowledgement of Corporate Sponsorship (inclusion dependent on sponsor commitment, conveyance of logo in acceptable format for printing and any other necessary materials prior to print deadlines).
  • Eight (8) complimentary full conference passes.
  • Two (2) complimentary exhibit-only staff badges.
  • 200-word abstract with logo published in either the printed or online conference guide used onsite.

Platinum Sponsorship

  • One priority double exhibit space.
  • Acknowledgement of Platinum Sponsorship during Opening General Session.
  • Co-Sponsorship of the Expo opening reception.
  • Participation in the Virtual Expo with one virtual booth space
  • Exclusive sponsorship of 2nd or 3rd luncheon.
  • Your corporate logo imprinted on the conference welcome bags (shared with one other Corporate sponsor and additional Platinum sponsor—your logo size will be the 3rd largest after the Progress and corporate sponsor logos).
  • Your corporate logo imprinted on the conference welcome banner (3rd largest logo displayed after the Progress and corporate sponsor logos).
  • Your corporate banner hung in the convention center close to hall entrance. (Sponsor to provide banner, Progress will pay rigging costs. Maximum size: 6’ x 8’).
  • One premium placement full-page, black & white advertisement in the program guide used on site (inside front cover or inside back cover).
  • One literature piece inserted in the conference welcome bag.
  • Your logo prominently displayed on the conference web site, with acknowledgement of Platinum Sponsorship and a hyperlink to your web site.
  • Two-week web banner ad to be run on the conference web site.
  • Your logo prominently displayed on all printed marketing materials promoting the conference, with acknowledgement of Platinum Sponsorship (inclusion dependent on sponsor commitment, conveyance of logo in acceptable format for printing and any other necessary materials prior to print deadlines).

  • 150-word abstract with logo published in either the printed or online conference guide used onsite.

Gold Sponsorship

  • One priority double exhibit space.
  • Acknowledgement of Gold Sponsorship during Opening General Session.
  • Co-Sponsorship of the Expo opening reception.
  • Participation in the Virtual Expo with one virtual booth space
  • Exclusive sponsorship of one day’s breaks.
  • Your corporate logo imprinted on the conference welcome banner (4th largest logo displayed after the Progress, Corporate and Platinum sponsor logos).
  • Your corporate banner hung in the convention center (close to the hall entrance. (Sponsor to provide banner, Progress will pay rigging costs. Maximum size: 4’ x 6’).
  • One full-page, black & white Advertisement the on-site guide.
  • One literature piece inserted in the Conference welcome bag.
  • Your corporate logo imprinted on the conference t-shirts (non-exclusive, may be shared with up to five additional sponsors).
  • Your corporate logo prominently displayed on the conference web site, with acknowledgement of Gold Sponsorship and a hyperlink to your web site.
  • Your logo prominently displayed on all printed marketing materials promoting the conference, with acknowledgement of Gold Sponsorship (inclusion dependent on sponsor commitment, conveyance of logo in acceptable format for printing and any other necessary materials prior to print deadlines).
  • Three (3) complimentary full conference passes.
  • Two (2) complimentary exhibit-only staff badges.
  • 100-word abstract with logo published in either the printed or online conference guide used onsite.

Standard Booth Sponsorship

Each exhibit space will be roughly 3m x 3m (roughly 10’ x 10’) and will include:

  • One 6 ft’ skirted table
  • 2 Chairs
  • Electrical service
  • Internet connection
  • One computer monitor
  • Participation in the Virtual Expo with one virtual booth space
  • Sponsor participation acknowledged on the conference web site
  • One complimentary exhibit-only badge
  • One complimentary full conference pass (Additional passes $995)
  • 50-word abstract with logo published in either the printed or online conference guide used onsite

Poster Sponsorship

Exhibit Space with one Poster Board and Table, space will be roughly 1.5m x 1.5m (roughly 5’ x 5’) and will include:

  • One easel for poster board (poster supplied by sponsor and to be no larger than 3’ x 4’)
  • One 3 ft’ round, high cocktail table/display pedestal
  • Sponsor participation acknowledged on the conference web site
  • Participation in the Virtual Expo with one virtual booth space
  • One complimentary exhibit-only badge
  • One complimentary full conference pass (Additional passes $995)

A Night on the Town
Want to see the bright lights of the big city? Sponsor transportation to and from Paris on Tuesday evening for all attendees who wish to participate. Features include: prominent display of the sponsor name and logo on signage throughout the conference, in and around the departure and arrival areas, on transportation and published in either the onsite or online conference guide.

** Luncheon/Breakfast/Break sponsorships are not speaking opportunities. Sponsorship will be noted in the on-site program guide if purchased before print deadline. Tent cards with company name and logo will be placed on each table, plus signage acknowledging sponsorship at dining room entrance. Internet Kiosk Sponsorship:
Sponsor the Internet Kiosk used by the attendees to access the Internet and check their emails! Features include: prominent display of the sponsor name and logo on each work station’s wallpaper; sponsorship recognition on the conference web site with a link to the sponsor home page; recognition of sponsorship in the onsite conference program guide; acknowledgement of sponsorship during the conference keynote address. Note: Corporate sponsor will be given first priority to become the Internet Kiosk sponsor.

Networking Lounge:
Sponsor a centrally located, designated networking area within the conference sites. Area will be set up with comfortable furniture to provide a distinctive look and feel to the lounge. Features include: prominent display of the sponsor name and logo on signage in and around the lounge area, opportunity for sponsor to bring in cups and napkins with sponsor’s logo imprinted for beverage service; sponsorship recognition in the onsite conference program guide.

15% Alumni Discount!

Alumni exhibitors purchasing a booth sponsorship this year can also receive a 15% discount off of any A La Carte opportunity purchased. However, this discount is null and void if the booth sponsorship is cancelled.
