Andy Zupsic is the senior vice president of global field operations at Progress Software. He leads the global field operations organization, including sales, services, partners, and field marketing.

Zupsic has more than 29 years experience in the software industry across the sales, services, channel and marketing practices, with increasing management responsibilities at Juniper Networks, Microsoft and IBM. Prior to his current role, Zupsic was senior vice president of Americas Enterprise Sales at Juniper Networks, a company he joined in 2009. During his almost 17 years at Microsoft, he had a number of key roles, including managing director in Singapore and vice president sales, marketing and services for Latin America.
