OpenEdge Mobile provides an intuitive, highly productive Visual Designer for easy drag-and-drop development of mobile UIs,  an automated mobile app builder, and mobile device emulation for testing.  And with the new Express Mobile feature in OpenEdge 11.3, you can create and deploy a complete Mobile App from an existing database schema. These tools are tightly integrated with the Progress Developer Studio for OpenEdge.  For example, you can run ABL on the AppServer from a mobile device (using the new REST adapter) and easily connect to data in the OpenEdge database using the new JavaScript Data Objects.
