Gary Calcott discusses the risk businesses face if they don't harness the power of mobile apps to help create revenue, drive customer engagement and identify trends in real-time. Gary emphasized the importance of mobile app development and how easy it is to do. Stating that there are software platforms available today that help developers to do this, that there are tools to help carve out new user interfaces and that it is pretty easy. He emphasized the need for end-to-end security. He also said that lots of European businesses know that it's important but only a quarter have a mobile strategy in place. He stated that it's an explosive area in terms of innovation and how we can help firms to realize the benefit in that space.
