Course Description
This course introduces the Sonic ESB enterprise service bus for implementing distributed, service-oriented architectures (SOA) and integrating disparate systems. The course lessons present the capabilities, architecture, configuration, and programming of service- oriented applications. Hands-on exercises guide the student through creating, configuring, deploying, and managing Sonic ESB components and processes. The audience for this course is an application developer responsible for building distributed, service-oriented applications.

- Configure, manage, and deploy Sonic ESB applications

- Design ESB processes using Sonic Workbench
- Use the Content-based routing service to create routing logic for the service
- Use the XML Transformation service type to transform messages and message formats

- Use the Database service to define and test a database operation
