When you register, you will be asked to provide course name(s) plus additional information such as your name, company, mailing address, phone number and method of payment. Once registered, you will receive a package containing the date and time of the selected course, and directions to the training facility. Payment must be received prior to class scheduling.
Student Cancellations:
Please notify Progress Software Education Services if you are unable to attend a public course for which you have registered. Note cancellation fees below:
- No charge if cancelled 10 or more days prior to course start date
- 33% of course fee charged if cancellation occurs less than 10 business days prior to start date
- 50% of course fee charged if cancellation occurs less than 5 business days prior start date
Progress Software does not offer credit on cancellations received after the start of the scheduled course.
Note: Progress Software Education Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course at its discretion. If Progress is forced to cancel a course for any reason, liability is limited to the return of paid registration fee. Due to unavoidable circumstances, Progress Software may be forced to cancel courses; we reserve the right to cancel courses up to two weeks prior to the scheduled start date.
