Registration and Payment Information for North America
Below is some information that will help you during the registration and payment process.
Registration Information
With all of the methods, we will confirm registration by fax, phone or email.
Progress Software Corporation reserves the right to cancel any course up to two weeks prior to its scheduled start. For your convenience, Progress Software has established a number of easy ways to enroll in our training courses:
- Phone
Call (800) 477-6473 x4654 to register for courses.
- Fax
To register by fax, send the course name, date and location, as well as your name, company, address, phone number and purchase order number to us at (781) 280-4275.
- Voice Mail
If you have a touch-tone phone, you can register quickly and easily by calling (781) 280-4654 and listen to your list of options.
- E-mail
You can enroll in any classes by e-mailing your name, company, address, telephone number and class selection to classes@progress.com.
- On-line Registration
If you do not have access to e-mail you can also use our on-line registration form. However, to do this you must have web browser that supports forms.
Payment Information
When registering, please provide a purchase order number or valid credit card number. Once registered, students will receive a confirmation package containing the date and time of the selected course and directions to the training facility. Payment must be received for students to be confirmed in class.

Student Cancellations
Please notify Progress Software Education Services if you are unable to attend a public course for which you have registered. Your course fee will be credited in full to your account provided.
Cancellations made before the course begins, but with fewer than ten business days notice are subject to a 33% of the class fee cancellation charge. Classes canceled less than five business days notice are subject to a 50% of the class fee cancellation charge. No credit is given for cancellation received after the course begins.
(Note: Due to unavoidable circumstances, Progress Software may be forced to cancel courses; we reserve the right to cancel courses up to two weeks prior to the scheduled start date.)
