Apama Connectivity for Capital Markets
With Progress® Apama®, you have a broad range of packaged connectivity choices, as reflected in the ever-expanding list below. In addition, the Progress® Apama® Integrated Adapter Framework supports building new connections by the customer or Apama.(1) Apama users also get general infrastructure adapters, as well as plug-ins that are available for both Capital Markets and other applications.
Many of the adapters below leverage the Apama configurable adapter for Financial Information eXchange (FIX). The Apama FIX adapter can be configured for direct connectivity to any FIX order execution and/or pricing destination. Over 20 destination-specific FIX adapters, individually certified and supported, are also available. Apama can also serve as a FIX destination. FIX 4.0-4.4 are supported; custom fields are easily configured.
