New customers receiving their first shipment of Apama products are advised to contact the Progress Customer Support team and upgrade to the latest Service Pack available, as this may not be contained within the shipping package.
When reporting problems on an unsupported platform, customers are required to provide a test case which can be used by our support team to reproduce the reported problem on a Supported or Maintained configuration.
