Service hooks history

Overview

The Service hooks page allows you to review how many successful or failed service hook runs you had for each service hook in the last 14 days and for each service hook you can see a history grid for all runs in that period.
The history page shows you when a run was started, whether it was successful or failed, why a run failed, the total number of runs, and how long it took it to execute.
From there you can also rerun failed or successful runs, which re-sends the original data from the time of execution.
You can also filter service hooks by their status.

To access the history of a service hook:

  1. Navigate to Administration » Service hooks
  2. Expand the submenu of a service hook by clicking and then click Runs in last 14 days
Clicking on the number of successful or failed runs for that service hook opens the history grid with filtered only successful or failed runs.

Rerun service hooks

Successful and failed service hook runs can only be rerun with the original data from the time of the specific service hook run. Service hooks related to content items are also rerun with the specific version of the content item from the time the service hook run was executed.

  2. Expand the submenu of that service hook by clicking Actions menu and then click Runs in last 14 days.
Alternatively, click on the number of failed runs for that service hook to filter only the failed runs.
  3. Select the service hook run you want to run again and expand the submenu by clicking Actions menu
  4. Click Run again.
  5. Confirm by clicking Run on the confirmation window.
