Before you can send Email campaigns, you need to configure the email service. You can send your campaigns using a standard SMTP server or you can use SendGrid Web API and Web hooks.
You configure the SMTP server via the advanced Sitefinity settings, or alternatively, Sitefinity provides integration with SendGrid mail service. It sends email messages and gathers information about bounced emails. It uses the SendGrid Web API and Web hooks to provide the full information inside Sitefinity and you can also benefit from all Email Campaigns reports inside your project. To use SendGrid, you need to configure the SendGrid connector for Sitefinity that is located on Sitefinity GitHub.
