Consulting services include the expertise, processes, and methodologies required to help get you up and running in a short period of time. We want you to accelerate your deployment and integration with measurable results from your investment in DataXtend products.
- Education services empower our users to be productive with their software investment. Courses are available to technical business users, application developers, and operations personnel. Public classes are offered at various Progress training centers worldwide and we also deliver training for up to 10 students at your facility.
- Technical support services help our customers get the most out of our DataXtend products. Our technical experts are committed to your success because they view your own success through their eyes. They work tirelessly to establish and foster long-term customer relationships. Traditional support services include diagnostics, problem isolation, product upgrades, and patches. We offer 24x7 technical support assistance (dependent on active support agreements), online access to our automated call center, online access to technical documentation and updates, plus knowledge sharing among customers and other experts.
