Larry DiLoreto, Vice President Asia Pacific & Japan, Progress Software

Larry DiLoreto is the Vice President for Asia Pacific & Japan at Progress Software. In this role, DiLoreto is responsible for management and direction of all aspects of revenue generation including sales, services, support, marketing and education throughout Asia Pacific and Japan.

DiLoreto brings 19 years of successful software sales management and business knowledge to this position. He has extensive experience leading direct sales and Application Partner teams, as well as assisting Application Partners achieve significant growth. During his 14 years at Progress, he has advanced into positions of greater responsibilities, from manager of U.S. East and Canada to director of direct end user operations for North America. His teams consistently exceeded expected performance, winning awards including Worldwide Region of the Year.

DiLoreto holds a bachelor degree from the School of Management at Boston University.

Jeremy Goddard, Managing Director Australia & New Zealand, Progress Software

As Managing Director for Australia & New Zealand, Goddard is responsible for all aspects of operations including sales, services, support, marketing and education throughout the region.

Based in Sydney, Goddard brings considerable experience and expertise in sales leadership to this position. Before joining Progress, Goddard was VP for South Asia and Pacific at SSA Global, driving over 400% revenue growth in 3 years. Prior to joining SSA Global, Goddard held various positions with Connect.com.au and IBM.

Cheryl Field, Marketing Director Asia Pacific & Japan, Progress Software

As Marketing Director for Asia Pacific & Japan, Cheryl is responsible for all aspects of Marketing including PR, Lead Generation and Program Execution throughout the region.

With over 25 years of IT experience, Cheryl embarked on a career in the IT industry in South Africa where she developed various applications for Software houses – the most recent being a 'Dealer Management System' for Automotive dealers whilst working for SPL in Johannesburg. Cheryl immigrated to Australia from South Africa in 1996 and has been working for Progress Software ever since. Her various roles in the company have included Pre-Sales support, Pre-Sales Management, Customer Education Management, Product Management, Internal Education co-ordination and most recently marketing.

Cheryl has a Diploma in Electronic Data Processing and Systems Analysis, achieved in South Africa.

Nick Bishara, Professional Services Manager Australia, Progress Software

Nick Bishara is the Manager of Services and Pre-Sales for Progress Software Australia.

In this role Nick is responsible for all delivery, consulting and pre-sales resources, as well as maintaining relationships with various service providers in the region. Nick joined Progress in 2007 after having held various management roles across Australia and Asia Pacific, specifically focussed on the IT industry.

Nick has been a professional services practitioner and a manager of practitioners in the information technology industry for over 20 years. His experience having been gained in firms providing; enterprise application software, integration services, hardware and technical services and application development. He has had the opportunity to participate and lead “large scale” projects and has led teams of engagement managers for over 10 years.

Nick’s sector knowledge spans the likes of engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse management, financial, FMCG, Integration, and general business across many industries.
